Projectspot is a platform that connects crafters & makers with potential clients.
Even in the digitized world of 2021, it’s still hard to find reliable experts in your area. Many don’t have a clear digital presence, and for some projects, it’s even hard to tell what kind of expert you need.
"Projectspot" is an inspiring, easy to use platform aimed to simplify the process of finding the right experts for your unique builds.
The app allows clients to post projects inviting various experts to apply for projects they see fit with ease.
The experts can showcase their work on their portfolio, encouraging clients to approach them with different job offers.
By making a simple change in the client \ expert interaction, the whole process becomes easier for those involved.

The platform has two kinds of users- clients and experts.
The client’s home screen showcases the different experts by their specialty. The main call to action is to post a new project for the experts to see.
The form enables anyone to create a short & clear brief for what they need. The content given in the brief is enough for the expert to understand the basic requirements of the project, encouraging them to apply. Deliberately, the project budget does not exist, allowing the experts to name their price to the client privately.
On the client’s brief appears a list of the experts that applied for the project. By tapping on an expert's card, the client can view the application and contact relevant experts. If the expert is not right for the job, the client can decline the application.
This screen shows all the on-going projects and allows the user to manage their projects effortlessly. The user can update the project’s status directly from this screen and in the specific project’s screen. The expert’s projects screen is similar (at the bottom of the screen, the expert sees their favorite projects).
The business model is a subscription plan for the experts. Since the app functions as a high-quality resource to find more work, it is a good investment. The subscription plan screen is the first screen an expert sees when signing up for the first time.
The expert’s home screen showcases the different projects, sorted by the categories:

Applying for a project is extremely simple. A popup appears, allowing experts to apply for the project. When they do, the project gets added to their projects screen & a project status card appears on the project brief.
Showcases the expert’s work in a flattering light, inviting clients to contact experts they like with ease. Clients can also review the experts.
